Ingredients:
- 2 full droppers of Take the Edge Off®
- Coarse salt
- 1 lime
- 1 clementine
- 2 mint sprigs
- 0.25 oz of raw honey
- 4 oz of non-alcoholic rum
- 4-5 oz of sparkling water Ice
To Make:
- Rim glass with a lime wedge and coarse salt.
- Add 5-6 mint leaves to a cocktail shaker.
- Peel one clementine and add half to the cocktail shaker.
- Cut 2 lime wedges, squeeze and drop into the cocktail shaker.
- Add 0.25 oz of raw honey.
- Juice the remaining lime and add to the cocktail shaker.
- Muddle well to release juices.
- Add 4 oz of non-alcoholic rum.
- Add ice and shake throughly.
- In a glass, add 5-6 mint leaves and the remaining clementine.
- Add ice, the muddle fruit juice from above, and sparkling water.
- Top with 2 full droppers of Take the Edge Off®.
- Optional: Garnish with mint sprig and a few lime wedges.
- Stir well and enjoy.
