Customers are responsible for orders that are shipped to the wrong address. Please be sure to double-check all addresses (especially for express checkout) to ensure that all mailing and billing addresses are correct.
If you notice a problem with your address and you haven’t received a shipping notification or tracking information, email us at hi@apothekary.co so we can do our best to make changes to your order.
Please note that our fulfillment center is working around the clock to make sure orders are fulfilled within a timely manner. Currently, there is a 2-day processing period before all orders are filled Monday-Friday. This includes 2-day and overnight shipping. If you place an order late on Friday or over the weekend, please note that that order will not be shipped out until Monday of the following week.
Please note that for shipping times, if you order via FedEx 2-day or overnight shipping, the order will be shipped after the processing or fulfillment period has passed and will then be shipped with the method chosen at checkout. It will not be shipped the same day.
All international shipments may be randomly chosen for inspection. The recipient of an international shipment is thus subject to such import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are imposed once the shipment reaches clearance. Potential charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient.

Standard, 2-day, and overnight orders will all be processed within 2-3 business days and shipped via FedEx or UPS. During the holiday period, orders may take an extra 1-3 days, so please plan accordingly.
For domestic orders:
- Ground economy shipping or free shipping: 5-9 business days
- Regular ground shipping: 4- 5 business days
- 2-day express: 2-3 business days (depending upon if you live in a rural area)
- Overnight: Next business day

Yes! All US orders over $65 USD ship free of charge. Orders over $175 USD that are placed outside of the US also ship free of charge. Applicable duties and taxes will be calculated upon checkout.
In the United States, standard shipping is $9.50 USD. Express 2-day shipping is available for $16.50. Overnight shipping is available for select zip codes at $39.99 USD. We have calculated rates for any international orders, enter your address in checkout to see specific costs for shipping, duties and taxes.
