We’re excited to introduce a revamped loyalty program on December 10th designed to give you more flexibility, more ways to earn, and faster rewards. Starting next week, we’re shifting from our traditional points system to a new credit-based system that makes earning and redeeming rewards easier than ever!
What’s changing?
Instead of waiting until you’ve accumulated 100 points to redeem rewards, you’ll now automatically earn credits with every purchase. And the best part? You can use your credits at any time—no more waiting!
Why this is good news (check it out!):
- Credits can be used immediately at any purchase, without the need to reach a minimum point threshold.
- More ways to earn credits: posting online reviews, referring friends, completing educational milestones, and more!
- Faster rewards: earn a percentage back on every dollar spent, which adds up quickly.
Flexible redemption: use your credits on any future purchase for maximum convenience.
How to earn credits
How long do I have to use my credits?
Your credits will expire 6 months after you earn them. However, you can “renew” the expiration every time you either make a purchase or redeem credits.
How your existing points convert
Your current loyalty points will automatically transfer to the new credit system at the rate of 20 points = $1 in credits. For example, if you have 135 points, you’ll receive $6.75 in credits that can be used on your next purchase!
