Mocktail Ingredients:
- 1 full dropper Take the Edge Off®
- 2 oz of any sleepy tea (we used a chamomile, spearmint & lemongrass tea)
- .5 oz lemon juice
- 1 oz honey syrup
- 1 egg white
Float ingredients:
- 1 full dropper Wine Down™
- 2 oz tart cherry juice
- 1.5 oz water
To make:
- Combine all mocktail ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously without ice to emulsify the egg white.
- Add ice and shake again (shake hard and for a while).
- Double strain into a drinking glass and set aside for the foam to settle.
- Meanwhile, in a separate glass, combine float ingredients and stir.
- Place a spoon upside down into the foam on the edge of drinking glass and slowly pour the cherry juice mixture onto the back of the spoon to float.
- Garnish with a dehydrated lemon slice and enjoy!
