Dark Chocolate Peppermint Protein Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 large frozen banana
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp You Dew You®
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 1/4 cup of peppermint tea (cooled)
  • fresh mint
  • 1/2 chocolate bar
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • candy cane
  • Dollop of greek yogurt

To Make:

  1. Melt 1/2 dark chocolate bar with 1 tbsp of coconut oil and dip drinking glass into melted chocolate.
  2. Crush up a peppermint candy cane and roll your drinking glass in the crumbs.
  3. Set aside in your refrigerator as you blend your smoothie.
  4. Add in banana, almond milk, You Dew You®, protein powder, cacao poweder, sea salt, peppermint tea and fresh mint into a blender and mix until fully combined.
  5. Take chilled drinking glass out of fridge and pour in smoothie.
  6. Top with a dollop of greek yogurt and remaining candy cane bits.
  7. Enjoy!
