Breakfast and chill? This delicious, thin mint-inspired chia pudding recipe is packed with nutritious ingredients and adaptogenic herbs to leave you feeling cool, calm, and collected all day long.
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1/4 tsp Chill The F* Out™
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
- 1/4 teaspoon mint extract
To Make:
- In a small bowl or jar, add all ingredients, and whisk until well combined
- Place in fridge for 20 ish min, give it another stir to break up any clumps of chia seeds, then pour a thin layer of melted dark chocolate (with coconut oil) on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight. The chia seeds will expand and create a pudding-like consistency.
- Remove from fridge, crack into it, enjoy & Chill The F* Out™
